Commonwealth Conference

Received invitation from Commonwealth Youth Summit 2017 – a new journey with Commonwealth

Hello readers!

This is the time to share something new and special with you. I have been selected for this year Commonwealth Youth Summit 2017, which will be held in Malaysia in Nov 3 – 5.

The Commonwealth Youth Council (CYC) is the officially recognized voice of the more than 1.2 billion young people in the Commonwealth. It is the largest and most diverse youth-led organization in the world. CYC plays an integral role in advancing the youth development agenda and co-ordination of activities and policies of the Commonwealth in the field of youth. The council works for and represents the voice of all young people within the 52 Commonwealth nations.

The Commonwealth Youth Council (CYC), alongside the Commonwealth secretariat and the Government of Malaysia is organizing the Commonwealth Youth Summit: An Intergeneration Convergence in Malaysia. The summit will be held from 3rd to 5th November, 2017 at University of Nottingham, Semenyih, Malaysia and Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Cyberjaya, Malaysia

I have been selected for my initiative “Coding Bootcamp” which I started with my organization, MentorNations in this year. I will discuss about it with other international delegates and high profiled persons in the summit. Wunderman Dhaka, the world largest digital and production agency is sponsoring me and will be responsible for all the travel and accommodation related expenses to attend the summit. Commonwealth invited 300 youths from all over the world. The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will be there in the opening of Commonwealth Youth Summit.

I have also been invited to Microsoft Kuala Lumpur office, Intel Malaysia, Nokia Malaysia and Oracle for office visit. I will fly for Malaysia in November 2 and will return to Bangladesh in November 10, 2017

Thank you so much to my Almighty Allah for blessing me always. Thanks goes to my beloved father, mother and my younger sister for staying with me. Special thanks to her, who loves me and hold my hand for forever.

Malaysia, see you soon 🙂 <3
